KUSA - Women are still lagging behind men when it comes to their paychecks.
The website, 24-7 Wall Street, took a look at the gender-earning gap among full-time workers in 2011.
The first two metro areas with the biggest pay disparities are both in Utah. Lancaster, Pa. comes in third.
Colorado Springs ranks as the sixth worst; with the median income for women is $15,000 a year less than men.
The analysis cites the large number of health services jobs there, one of the industries 24-7 Wall Street notes has a significant gender pay gap.
