DENVER - RTD offered a sneak peek at its new West Rail Line Wednesday.
In another five weeks, commuters will be able to take light rail from the west side of town to downtown Denver.
RTD's West Rail Line is 12 miles long and has 12 stations. It stretches from Denver's Union Station through Lakewood and the Federal Center and out to the Jefferson County Government Center in Golden.
Construction was completed eight months ahead of schedule. It will open on April 26th.
