DENVER - The former Aurora teacher charged in a hit-and-run that severely injured a high school student appeared in court Wednesday morning.
Erin Jackson, 30, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing seriously bodily injury to East High School student Dyondrah Bridgeman, 17, on Feb. 27. She turned herself in the next morning.
Jackson appeared in a Denver courtroom for a preliminary hearing. She is currently out of jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
