Karl Mecklenburg lends his experience to student athletes

KUSA -  Balancing school, sports and sometimes work can be challenging for high school students.  That's why a Broncos Ring of Famer decided to put together a book fill with advice from someone who has been there and done that.

Karl Mecklenburg has been giving motivational talks for years and also coached at Kent Denver. After being asked for advice by so many students and parents, he decided to write it all down. His new book "Heart of a Student Athlete" gives pro advice not only to student athletes, but also their parents.
