Schlereth spreads the Stinkin' Good news

KUSA - Former Bronco Mark Schlereth seems to be busier in retirement than he ever was grinding it out as an offensive lineman in the NFL.  With weekly trips back and forth from Denver to Bristol for his ESPN gig and the launching of a homemade green chili line, Stink's plate is very full.

But that doesn't stop Schlereth from helping out in the community and doing what he does best these days:  talking football outside of ESPN.  Schlereth stopped by for the latest 6:20 Sidebar to chat with Susie Wargin about the upcoming Broncos/Steelers game on Monday Night Football.  He'll also be a guest in the pre-game show on My20 starting at 6pm.

As for helping out, that's where his "Stinkin" Good Green Chili comes in.  During the months of November and December, Mark and his partner David Bloom are donating a portion of sales from their chili to the Denver Rescue Mission.  Last year they donated 25% of their profits and helped feed countless folks at the shelter.  To hear Mark talk about the partnership, visit the video link to the upper right of this article.

"Stinkin" Good Green Chili is available in the freezer section of Safeway, King Soopers and City Market stores.  To find out more about the chili and to get recipes, visit www.stinkingood.com
