Get strength training workouts anywhere with the TRX

DENVER - We spend the majority of our lives standing or sitting up, right? So what's the benefit of strength training while lying down? Our own body weight can be used to strengthen and tone without the use of a bench.

The new 2010 TRX Version (Pro Pack) features a new array of exercise content (like a 65 minute DVD and full color manual) and design improvements to make the TRX more durable and easy to use.

The first version of the TRX was designed out of scrap parachute webbing during the founder's time in the Navy SEALs. Since its introduction to the marketplace in 2005, the TRX Suspension Trainer has been used by individuals, small and large group training and has been rolled out in top gyms across the country.

Its popularity with professional athletes and team training rooms is increasing across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC and NCAA. Anne trains a few Nuggets players on the TRX and Drew Brees from the New Orleans Saints has been known to tout the system.
