A grand jury indictment, unsealed on Thursday, alleges Jordan Buehrer "primarily supervised the distribution, cultivation, and coordinated the storage and processing of marijuana by the enterprise." As of Thursday evening, Buehrer remained in the Adams County jail. His bail was set at $100,000.

A total of 16 people were arrested on Wednesday as part of "Operation Sweet Leaf," a multi-jurisdictional bust that targeted 25 locations in various cities and counties in the metro area. Thirteen were sent to the Adams County Jail. As of Thursday evening, only five remained in custody.

Many of the allegations of the criminal case remain under a court seal.

Neighbors contacted by 9NEWS told us on Wednesday they were largely unaware of anything potentially illegal taking place as close as next door.
