The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner on Tuesday morning identified the victim as Deisi Fernandez-Castaneda, 28, of Aurora.

The cause and manner of her death is "pending further studies," the coroner's office said in a media release.

The body was spotted by a passerby Sunday afternoon near Cherry Creek Drive South.
