AURORA - The Aurora man facing charges after eight homemade pipe bombs were found inside his home appeared in court for an advisement on Monday.
Michael Grover, 55, was arrested after a fire broke out in his home, and the bombs were discovered.
He was formally charged on Monday with nine counts. He is charged with eight counts possession of an explosive/incendiary device and one count of reckless endangerment.
A bomb squad spent more than 36 hours investigating the scene last week. Neighbors in the area were evacuated during the investigation.
Eight pipe bombs were found, as well as bomb-making materials, by police.
Grover has been at the Arapahoe County Jail on $1 million bond.
