LoDo based Workforce Insight has helped the likes of Southwest Airlines, Dell Computers, Hertz and Krispy Kreme make sure they've got the right number of people scheduled at any given time.
A big part of their work is really studying the peak work demand each company faces. They help monitor the company, noting the needs the staff faces at different times of day, different days of the week and even during sales.
We're told companies are able to save a considerable amount of money, by analyzing their actual labor needs and then implementing a software system to manage scheduling.
Workforce Insight was recently selected as one of the 50 Colorado Companies to Watch by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. Every Friday 9NEWS reports about another company, highlighting its success in this difficult economy.
