KUSA - Two adoptable dogs stopped by the 9NEWS studios Saturday.

Charley Bear: Meet the adorable and very shy Charley Bear. Charley is very sweet, but is not always sure about what a human is going to do with him so he stays out of arms reach although he will sneak up and give kisses. He is being worked with daily and has been making definite progress toward self-confidence and trust of people. House training is still being worked on, but he is doing very well and he does not mark. Charley Bear's ideal Colorado home will consist of dachshund savvy adults that are low-key, consistent and willing to continue his socialization. Another small, confident, playful dog is a must as is a fenced yard. Charley Bear is fully vetted and microchipped. A completed adoption application is required to meet any of our rescued dogs. Charley's adoption fee is $250.00.

Dobby: Dobby is a happy dachshund especially if he has a toy. He is a muscular 18 pounds and quite handsome. Dobby likes playing fetch and of course tearing up other dog toys. Dobby is good on leash, likes to go for car rides and enjoys human attention. Dobby is good with other dogs, no cats. He is house trained and crate trained, but his crate must be large and comfy. Dobby is good with other dogs just not ones that do not understand personal boundaries. Dobby's ideal Colorado home will be cat free with adults only to walk and play with him.
