The Death Ride Tour... Ride for Life is becoming one of the premier, small venue charity cycling tours in the country. Through support from sponsors and hard work of the participants, the DRT has raised over $60,000 for two worthwhile Colorado charities - The ALS Association, Rocky Mountain Chapter and Children's Hospital Colorado.
The 3-day, 229 mile loop covers some of the most beautiful scenery in America starting in Silverton, CO going to Telluride, then on to Durango and back to Silverton.
The DEATH RIDE Tour ...Ride For Life is a registered 501c3 Non-Profit and all proceeds of the event are donated to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the ALS Association and Children's Hospital Colorado.
Look for the 2012 DEATH RIDE Tour participants rolling out of Silverton, CO Friday morning June 8, 2012 on their way over Red Mountain Pass. Wish them great weather, safe travels and the wind at their backs.
