Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Indiana Pacers forward/center Jeff Foster will undergo a back procedure and will miss the next two weeks, the team announced Tuesday.

Foster, 35, has been hampered by a balky back for parts of the past three seasons. He appeared in just 16 games in 2009-10 and 56 games in 2010-11 as a result.

In five games this season, Foster is averaging 3.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 14.6 minutes.
