Nic Dowd had two goals and Kalle Kossila added a third for the Huskies, who led 2-0 after the first period. Dowd scored on the power play at 12:09 and Kossila made it 2-0 three minutes later. It stayed that way until Dowd scored again at 11:39 of the third.
St. Cloud State has outscored its opponents 25-5 in the last five games.
