Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - Deshaun Thomas tallied 21 points and eight
rebounds for the No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes, who dominated the University of
Missouri-Kansas City, 91-45, to complete a perfect showcasing during play in
the 2012 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off.
In just 22 minutes of play, the Buckeyes' leading scorer shot 6-for-8 from the
field to help Ohio State (4-0) to their fourth straight double-digit win.
Lenzelle Smith Jr. added 13 points and six rebounds, while Aaron Craft
contributed six points and six assists in the victory.
The Kangaroos (2-3) shot a miserable 25.5 percent (14-of-55) from the field in
dropping their third of the four tournament contests. Estan Tyler scored a
team-high seven points, but was responsible for six of the Roos' 18 turnovers.
