A former Denver Bronco made this Mother's Day weekend a very special one for a family in Carolina.
Scottie Montgomery--who played wide receiver for the Broncos in 2001--is now the head football coach at East Carolina University.
One of the many athletes playing for him is Kiante Anderson, a walk-on who joined the team in 2015.
But, he's not a walk-on anymore.
For Mother's Day, Coach Montgomery surprised Kiante's mother, Tia Chapman, while she was working her job at an elementary school.
Chapman initially thought Montgomery was just delivering a nice Mother's Day card. Instead, she opened his gift to see a letter announcing that her son had been put on scholarship.
The result might just bring you to tears.
