DENVER-- Coming into Thursday night's contest, Palmer Ridge Quarterback Ty Evans had already piled up some pretty impressive numbers under center this season.
He padded those stats against Lincoln.
In the first half alone, Evans threw three touchdowns and led his team down the field for a fourth as the Bears went on to beat the Lincoln Lancers 41-21.
The sophomore gunslinger spread the ball around to all of his targets on the night, throwing touchdowns and two-point conversions to Bryan Boatman, Zach Hester and Cory McLellan in the first half alone.
Running Back Ben Busath added a score right before the half for Palmer Ridge, which improved to 4-2 on the season.
The Lancers put up three scores in the second half to make things interesting, but the air attack of the Bears was just too much for Lincoln to handle.
With the loss, Lincoln fell to 2-3 on the year.
