Cuddyer returns to Rockies

After more than two months away Rockies outfielder Michael Cuddyer is back in the lineup.

Cuddyer fractured his left shoulder on June 5th and has been on the 60-day disabled list. The team activated him for Saturday's game against Cincinnati and the veteran will bat second.

This was the 35-year-old's second stint on the DL this year. In his limited time with the Rockies this year he hit .317 with seven doubles, five home runs and 16 RBI.

Cuddyer's latest trip to the disables list cost him 60 games away from the Rockies.
