Rockies game postponed due to water main break

DENVER - A water main on Blake forced the Colorado Rockies to postpone their against the Reds Saturday evening.

The game was supposed to start at 6:10 p.m. but was delayed because of a water main break near 20th Street and Blake Street.

According to the Colorado Rockies Twitter page, all restrooms were closed because of the break. There was also very limited concessions available.

Blake Street isclosed between 20th and 21st streets while repairs take place. Denver Water crewswill work through the night to make repairs and expect the pipe to be fixed bySunday morning.

Around 6:45, the team announced that the game would take place Sunday as part of a split double header. The games will be at 2:10 and 7:10. Separate tickets will be required for each game.

The game originally scheduled for Saturday, will be played on Sunday, August 17 , 2014 at 7:10 p.m.

Gates for the first game will open at 12:00 pm and gates for the second game will open at approximately 6:00 pm.

Tickets from Saturday's game are valid for Sunday's 7:10 pm game only. Exchanges for Saturday's game may be made for any game throughout the remainder of the season – value for value, best available seating.

Complimentary tickets have a value of zero dollars and may not be exchanged. Discounted tickets may be exchanged only for the amount paid to the Rockies and are subject to any constraints applicable to the original sale. There are no cash refunds.

Tickets purchased via StubHub need to be returned to StubHub for refund or exchange. StubHub tickets are not valid for exchange or refund at Coors Field or the Rockies Dugout Stores. Ticket exchanges will be accepted at the Coors Field Ticket Office and all Rockies Dugout Stores.
