NBA teams are tweeting candy puns because...priorities

KUSA – If you think the one thing the NBA is missing is puns about candy (and other sweet things), you're in luck.

Numerous NBA teams – including our beloved Denver Nuggets --- are tweeting plays on words involving candy and their star players using #NBASweets.

Among them?

M&Ms featuring Moz and McGee.

Gallo Bears (named after Danilo Gallinari)

Gary Pie (featuring Gary Harris)

And of course, Quincy Marshmiller

Rocky, also known as the Super Mascot, probably won the whole thing, by doing the obvious (Rocky Road)

It appears to have been started by the Atlanta Hawks, who tweeted "It's time for some more hashtag games! Let's play #NBASweets today…"

The Hawks' best contribution was probably the "Three Musketeagues."

And Milk Spuds.

The Philadelphia 76ers contributed a 100 Grant Bar.

And since no NBA story is complete without talking about Lebron James at least once, no, the Cleveland Cavaliers have not yet joined in the fun... yet.

Your move, Cleveland.
