Bustang to Broncos service continuing throughout 2016 season

KUSA - The Colorado Department of Transportation’s Bustang service between Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Sports Authority Field at Mile High will continue for the rest of the 2016 season.

The busses shuttle fans from both Colorado Springs and Fort Collins to Denver on Broncos' game days, arriving 90 minutes before kickoff and heading back a half hour after the game ends.

“We’ve sold out both games in short order during our test run this month, a good indication there’s a demand for this service outside of the Denver area so we’ll continue it for the remaining games, which I hope includes the playoffs,” said CDOT Director of Transit and Rail Mark Imhoff.  “Everything we’ve heard from the passengers was that they loved having another option to get to Mile High Stadium.”

Remaining Games:

  • Sunday, Nov. 26: Denver vs. Kansas City, 2:25 p.m. kickoff
  • Sunday, Dec. 18: Denver vs. New England, 2:25 p.m. kickoff
  • Sunday, Jan. 1: Denver vs. Oakland, 2:25 p.m. kickoff

The price is $30 for a round trip ticket. For more information, including a detailed schedule and pickup locations, visit its website here
