Peyton Manning hosts 19th annual Passing Academy

KUSA - Manning kicked off his 19th annual Passing Academy at Nicholls State University yesterday, where athletes from around the country attend with the purpose of enhancing their game.

The purpose of the Academy is to help players gain a better understanding of the fundamentals, techniques, skills, motivation and sportsmanship necessary to have success at the quarterback position, while also helping them understand strategy and defensive coverage.

Among the 100 counselors this year were CU and quarterback Sefo Liufau and CSU quarterback Garret Grayson, who were selected as two of the 40 college quarterbacks that were brought in to help mentor the high school participants.
