DENVER - When the Minnesota Wild arrive in Denver for their playoff series, Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog will be there to welcome them.
Landeskog will now address all fans and arrivals at Denver International Airport as he voiced a greeting for the train that goes between concourses.
The Avalanche clinched the Central Division title and finished with a 52-22-8 record. They will play game one against the Wild on Thursday and then game two on Saturday – both at the Pepsi Center – before traveling to Minnesota.
