For the latest Wargin's Workout, Jamie Atlas from Bonza Bodies joined Susie to demo some exercises on the RAILYARD. The system consists of two planks and three bases. One plank is flat, the other is rounded, and each hook into a base on one end. At the other end the two planks share a base and the exercise possibilities are endless. The planks can be lowered, raised and put at an angle.
