KUSA - When it comes to running, two factors go into choosing clothes: what looks good and most importantly, what works best.
Coordinating colors and wearing fancy looking shoes can make a runner look great on the outside, but what happens on the inside of those clothes and shoes can affect an athlete for days or weeks after a race.
For the latest Sidebar, Ed Reigert from Runners Roost brought a group of models to show a variety of clothing and shoe ideas from different manufacturers.
