Wash Park: The Super Bowl 5K starts at 10 a.m. on February 5th and also includes a Kids 1K fun Run. This event is part of the RunDenver Series which includes 5 events: the Rudolph Ramble 5K, Polar Bear 5K, SuperBowl 5K, Valentine's Day 5K, and That Dam Run 5K. The Super Bowl 5K benefits DetermiNation - the American Cancer Society's nation of athletes and the only endurance charity program that helps save lives from all cancers. Littleton: The Super Sunday Fun Run starts at 10 a.m. on February 5th and is hosted by South Suburban Parks & Rec. The recreational 5K takes runners and walkers along the scenic Mary Carter Greenway. Dogs on leashes and strollers are welcome. Pre-register for $20, price increases to $25 on event day. Benefits South Suburban Parks and Rec Youth Programs. Timing chips will be used. Highlands Ranch: Sunday Bloody Sunday 5K & 5K Challenge starts at 8:30 a.m. on February 5th. Formerly the Super Bowl 5k the race is basically the same as years past, however plan to encounter a few "obstacles" along the way. After participants run, jump, bump, slip, trip, fall and crawl their way to the finish line, the Highlands Ranch Run Series crew will host a post race party that includes free beer from CB Potts, food from Old Chicago along with great raffle prizes!
