Kyle Dyer anchors 9NEWS at 11 a.m. and noon.
For more than 18 years, Kyle welcomed viewers at the start of every day as an anchor on 9NEWS Mornings. As her active family grows, Kyle decided to change her schedule to allow for more time with them.
Kyle also produces segments and interviews that air on 9NEWS and 9NEWS.com.
Since joining KUSA in April of 1996, Kyle has been on the air for countless breaking news stories and present at events that make a difference in the Denver Metro community.
Kyle is very connected to Colorado. Kyle loves to show how communities come together to help others. Her storytelling allows her to be a bridge, connecting different communities and organizations.
Kyle works with local non-profits with philanthropic events. 9Cares Colorado Shares Food Drive, Komen Denver Race for the Cure and Children's Hospital Colorado are some of the programs closest to her. Kyle also loves her involvement in the 9Teachers Who Care program which recognizes outstanding teachers in Colorado.
Kyle grew up in the Washington, DC area. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism and a minor in government and politics. Kyle started her career in DC. She also worked in Indiana and Kentucky before moving to Denver in 1996.
Kyle and her husband Chris are the parents of two girls, Josie and Eliza.
