CENTENNIAL – It's the mystery that has captivated the Denver metro area: what is up with the giant bunny that a Centennial man found under his pickup truck Friday?

We have good news. The mystery has been solved.

The Continental Giant rabbit, named Bishop, got out of his owner's yard when he chewed a hole through the fence.

He was out for a couple of days before Chris Royer found him when he was on his way to the gym. Vets say Bishop was a little dehydrated.

After a quick trip to the vet, Bishop was hopping around again.

Bishop's owner gave Royer the option to adopt the big bunny. He and his family are still considering it.
