Broom Twist

This exercise consists of doing a squat and twist using a broom for a big upper body movement. This exercise will help undo tightness in hips and shoulders at the same time.

Broom Twinkle Toes

On this exercise, you put the broom down and jump side to side over it. You can also jump back and forth over the broom.

Broom Star Crump

This exercise starts with you in a pushup position and then you jump over the broom. This exercise is pretty challenging.
