DENVER - An event going on Saturday at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science is called Going Wild and will certainly make you crazy with envy if you don't go.
Conservation biologist Rob Mies visited 9NEWS to tell kids all about the wonderful adaptations animals make to survive and thrive.
He brought with us the two-toed sloth name Moe - short for Molasses. He also brought along a barred owl named Sam.
Going Wild starts at 10 a.m. at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Visit www.dmns.org/ for ticket information or call 303-370-6000.
In case you miss the Saturday event, the event will continue on Sunday at the Denver Botanic Gardens.
