GOLDEN - It's a race against time to find these tiny furballs a home. Foothills Animal Shelter was selected as one of 50 animal shelters across the country to participate in the ASPCA/Rachael Ray $100K Challenge.

Under the challenge, the shelter will try to go above and beyond saving more animals' lives during June 1 to August 31.

This includes half off kittens six months and younger through July 12.

The same adoption process still applies. Adoptions will include the kitten's spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip and health check.
