Vaden's new book "Take the Stairs" has him on a cross-country bus tour, speaking to the public and raising money for local school and community programs.
Vaden will teach all seven strategies from the book on improving self-discipline and overcoming procrastination.
He'll speak in Longmont on Monday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Lifebridge Church, 10345 Ute Highway, Longmont. On Tuesday, Vaden will speak at the Colorado Depression Center Building at 13001 E. 17th Place in Aurora. The event will go from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and benefit the Carson J. Spencer Foundation.
