Prosecutors say Joseph Nieto was sentenced on Tuesday after pleading guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery with a real or simulated weapon.

Nieto was charged in the 2010 robberies of a bank and a cash-advance business.

Investigators say Nieto's alleged accomplice, 26-year-old Christina Drummond, is in custody in California after she was convicted of robbing banks there.

Prosecutors say she'll be extradited to Colorado to face charges.

Thirty-one-year-old Michael Gabriel Nieto pleaded guilty to robbery in 2010 in connection with one of the Greeley incidents.

He was accused of driving Drummond and Joseph Nieto to and from one of the robberies.
