I can't wait. Tulips, hyacinths and daffodils are a treat for the eyes and nose. They are available now ahead of schedule to be enjoyed on your windowsill or desk. Buy them when they are in bud to prolong their display. Combine them with other seasonal plants such as primroses and cyclamen. Keep them moist and as cool as possible. These are spring bulbs, not tropical plants.

After the plants finish flowering, continue to water them and keep them in a bright spot. As early as March they can be planted outside. They won't flower again this year but will most likely bloom next spring.
