KUSA - Firefighters responded to a fire at a strip mall in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The fire broke out shortly after midnight at a recently opened Vietnamese supermarket located on Alameda Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.

When West Metro firefighters arrived and saw smoke, they called in another crew to help with the blaze because of the size of the building.

Firefighters found the fire was coming from a small cooler inside the building and were able to quickly put it out.

No injuries were reported. The fire did not spread beyond the cooler.

The amount of damage caused was not known.
