KUSA - Long days at the office make it hard to stay on a strict diet and workout schedule.

As a part of 9NEWS' "Working it Out, Working it Off" series, 9NEWS took a look how 9HealthFair is preparing for fairs this spring. They are packing boxes with medical supplies for health screenings. The 9Health Fairs will start on April 13.

The fair offers free and low-cost health-awareness and educational screenings every spring says 9Health Fair Vice President Marty Meyer. Meyer says they will also be hosting a new event called the Express Health Fair.

"This fair is a little different from our regular fairs in that it only offers the blood drawn and blood-pressure screening," Meyer said. "People can get through this fair really quickly, and so we are hoping to attract a lot of new people for 9Health Fair."

The Express Fair will take place at the Pepsi Center April 19 6 to 10 a.m. and on April 20 from 7 to 10 a.m.

More than 19,000 volunteers help put on the fairs and provide services throughout Colorado.
