ERIE, Colo. (AP) - A judge has delayed a decision on whether a temporary restraining order placed on Erie Mayor Joe Wilson should be made permanent.

The temporary order was issued after confrontations between the mayor and Karol Hopper, who rents property he is trying to sell. The disputes drew police to her home.

A hearing was scheduled Monday for Wilson to challenge an order by a judge to stay at least 100 yards away from Hopper. The Daily Camera reports that a judge on Monday continued the hearing until April 8. The temporary restraining order remains in effect until then.
