KUSA - A bomb threat called into a WalMart in Wheat Ridge has forced the store to close Monday morning.

According to Wheat Ridge Police, crews responded to the call at 11:30 a.m. on the Walmart located at 3600 Youngfield St.

The Jefferson County bomb squad was on scene with a dog to check out the threat.

The building was evacuated as a precaution.
