KUSA - The guys from Dickey's Barbeque made a stop in the 9NEWS Backyard Friday morning. They've been cooking BBQ since 1941.

John and Bobby Thomson are the barbeque brothers. They own 17 Dickey's Barbecue restaurants around the area and shared their secrets to make your summer sizzle, one BBQ at a time.

Their secret to succulent ribs? Dry rub the meat and marinate overnight. Then smoke them till perfection.

Their brisket is another story. It spends 14 hours in the smoker. They say slow cooking the meat makes it as tender as possible.

From sliced brisket to chicken, smoked sausage to coleslaw, if you don't want to cook, Dickey's has it all at their restaurant.
