PUEBLO - Authorities say two men are suspected of stealing several guns from a home in Pueblo County before fleeing in the victim's truck, which rolled on Interstate 25.

Sheriff's officials say Aaron Baros, 32, and Gerald Baca, 35, both of Pueblo, face multiple charges including first-degree burglary. Baros was in a hospital after the rollover accident early Tuesday. Baca was in custody after being released from the hospital.

Sheriff's officials say the stolen vehicle that crashed had several thousand dollars' worth of stolen property, the majority of it guns and ammunition. Sheriff Kirk Taylor says more than 60 guns were recovered.

"That is a staggering amount of weapons recovered. It would have been very dangerous had these weapons ended up staying in the hands of these criminals or being traded or sold in the circles they run." Taylor said in a press release.

Both men have previously spent time in Colorado prisons.
