MANITOU SPRINGS - The Fire Chief in Manitou Springs says he and his team are checking out several locations where a woman, who disappeared in Friday's mudslide, could be.

The fire chief would not elaborate on the locations, but said his team will be back out Monday morning to search.

The woman was last seen clinging to a tree on Friday when a flash flood swept in to town.

On Sunday, heavy rain pushed in to Manitou Springs, which prompted a flash flood warning in the area.

Several tourists who were in the area left the moment the alert was issued. Traffic along Highway 24 in to Colorado Springs was jam packed.

Eventually the flash flood warning for Manitou Springs was canceled.
