KUSA - Money Magazine has released its list of "America's Best Places to Live," and one Colorado city ranked high on the list.

Louisville took second place, while the top spot went to the New England town of Sharon which is a half-hour train ride away from Boston. In previous years, Louisville has topped the list.

Reasons for Louisville's repeat appearance include its housing market rise, proximity to Boulder and Denver, as well as its well-regarded schools and safe community.

Vienna, in Northern Virginia, came in at No. 3.
