NEEDHAM, Mass. - A Massachusetts McDonald's threw a birthday bash for its oldest employee Monday. He's turning 100.

Morris Miller has been a popular fixture at the Needham, Mass. McDonald's for 25 years. He started at the suburban Boston store at the ripe old age of 75.

Miller spends his days doing what he does best: greeting and chatting with customers.

He shows up three days a week enjoying a complimentary breakfast before mingling with customers.

The owner said Miller is the McDonald's ambassador and brings in customers with his infectious personality.

"This is what keeps all the customers coming back," the owner said. "His smile and his determination."

And for Big Mac and Quarter Pounder enthusiasts, the store is holding a special deal in his honor: 100-cent Big Macs and Quarter Pounders.
