LARIMER COUNTY- If you're in Fort Collins Friday, be ready to showcase your dance moves.

On Feb. 14, over 200 countries will be participating in a global phenomenon called "One Billion Rising."

In unison with the Sexual Assault Victim Advocate Center, the local community and Poudre School District students will be performing in two flash mobs at noon on Colorado State University's campus and 6:30 p.m. on Friday on Old Town Square.

They will be using dance as a form of expression to speak out on violence against women.

In 2013, the event brought 50 participants and organizers are expecting an even greater turnout this year.

Former University of Colorado-Boulder student Margaret Behm choreographed a dance especially for Friday's event:

Individuals can learn the moves in advance so that they're all prepped to participate.

The event is free and open to the public.
