DENVER - Just like many schools and sports teams, many summer camps require children to have a physical exam before they can sign up.

9Health Reporter Dr. John Torres says if your child has already had their annual wellness exam, you most likely won't have to make another appointment for a physical exam.

However, Dr. John advises it's better to be safe than sorry.

Always double check with camp itself to make sure your child meets all the requirements.
