DENVER - Two people were injured in a stabbing Thursday night in northwest Denver.

Police say the victims were stabbed in the area of West 24th Avenue and Decatur Street just before 10 p.m.

The victims were transported to the hospital. Police say they are expected to recover.

Police said the suspect pulled a knife on the victims in a car. Officers arrested the suspect a few blocks away at West 21st Avenue and Clay Street.

The suspects name is not being released.
