DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - University of Colorado Hospital again leads the state's health institutions honored by U.S. News & World Report in its rankings of America's best hospitals.
The Aurora facility ranks as one of the top 50 facilities in the country for eight different specialty areas, and it shares a No. 2 national ranking with National Jewish Health— for which it serves as the academic affiliate — for pulmonology.
Craig Hospital in Englewood is the only other Denver-area hospital to achieve a top national ranking, coming in as the No. 7 rehabilitation hospital — the 25th consecutive year it's finished in the top 10 in that category.
