LAKEWOOD – A 30-year-old man wanted out of Delta for an alleged drive-by shooting was arrested in Lakewood Tuesday on unrelated charges, according to a news release from the Delta Police Department.
Roberto Nieto will be transferred back to Delta as soon as possible.
Police say Nieto fired at two people walking in the 600 block of Grand Avenue at about 6:45 a.m. June 22. No injuries were reported.
Witnesses told police that the shots came from the passenger side window of a dark-colored car.
