Several people, including Democratic Congressman Jared Polis, stopped by the Mork and Mindy house on PIne Street in Boulder to pay tribute to the 63-year-old. Although filmed in California, Boulder was the setting for the late 70s sitcom that aired on ABC.

Polis watched the show as a child growing up in Boulder. He says Williams helped put the college town on the map. Boulder native Carrie Walker also went to the house. She says it's a landmark she often takes visitors to see.

Flowers and a sign that read "U will be missed Mork" were placed beneath a picture of the actor posted on a fence surrounding the 130-year-old Boulder home.

During the 1970s show, Williams wore a 9NEWS pin in a scene shot inside the old Mile High Stadium. Williams took the pin from 9NEWS anchor Mark Koebrich during a function to promote the show. Williams put the pin on his scarf because he thought it helped represent Denver.

You can see Williams wearing the pin around :50 seconds.
