DENVER - 9Wants to Know has identified and confirmed the names of several Colorado suspects arrested in a nationwide crackdown on child prostitution.

Operation Cross Country resulted in the rescue of 18 kids and the arrest of 11 pimps in Colorado, according to an FBI press release.

Nationally, 168 children have been recovered in the crackdown operated by FBI task forces.

"These aren't far away kids in faraway lands," said FBI Director James Comey. "These are our kids, on our street corners, our truck stops, our motels, our casinos. These are America's children."

In court documents obtained by 9Wants to Know, D'Andre Stephens, 19, and Brianna Crumbliss, 20, are accused of pimping out children in hotels.

At one Motel 6 in Aurora, the Stephens and Crumbliss are accused of taking photos of underage girls and using the photos to advertise on sites like Craigslist.

In the documents, Crumbliss tells police Stephens slapped one of the victims "approximately 12 different times for not collecting enough money from 'dates.'"

9Wants to Know has confirmed five other Colorado defendants who have been arrested under Operation Cross Country.

Bobby Doss is an accused pimp facing charges in Jefferson County.

Justin Smith, Brandon Paxson, Jay Stenhaug and Jesus Olmos were arrested for soliciting in Douglas County.

The FBI's Denver division plans to hold a press conference on Operation Cross Country Wednesday.
